Function Instrument
1 RFM2 remote control: rich functions, far transmission distance. Users can define key assignments and use it for other equipments. The receiving modules “REMOT-RA” and “REMOT-RB” get the signal from the remote control, key assignment data is sent to the equipment by RS232 or RS485.
2 User-defined receiving module: REMOT-RA, REMOT-RB. REMOT-RA is the transmission mode of RS232 and REMOT-RB is the transmission mode of RS485. They can work with any remote control made by our company. After receiving modules “REMOT-RA” and “REMOT-RB” get the signal from the remote control, key assignment data defined by user is sent to the equipment by RS232 or RS485.
(1)the receiving mode can get 120 data of pressing and releasing buttons. Every press and release can separately define max. 16 bytes key assignment. The quantity of press and release must be the same.
(2) user-defined buttons must be set our special windows software. Connect computer’s USB port and module’s series port. Download user-defined key assignment to the module. We do not offer USB-series port transfer device.
(3) [Pins definition (left image)] signal connection uses network connector, 8 cables, the left is the first pin (P1), RS232 mode: P8(+5V), P2/4(GND), P3(RX), P5(TX), RS485 mode: P3(+5V), P5(GND), P7(A), P8(B).
